What we collect
Your answers to the assessment, your company name, industry, state and year founded, and your name, role, phone number and email address.
We also process your IP address for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
To calculate your readiness score, show you your result, and let our team contact you about next steps where relevant.
Who sees it
Our team sees your submission. Service providers process it on our behalf: website hosting and network security providers, and an AI service that receives only your result summary — never your name or contact details — and may process it outside Malaysia. The AI service is used only to write the summary text of your report.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for up to 24 months so you can re-check your progress, then remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting our team. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
